Family farming in the midst of sustainable food systems

About the project
Do you know who produces your food?
Nearly 80% of the food consumed by people worldwide is produced by families living off the land, but they only have access to 27% of cultivable land.
Amidst the food and social crisis we are facing, family farming offers viable food systems that can create new economic opportunities, attractive employment, social inclusion, and equity.
We are in the United Nations Decade of Family Farming, and together with the World Rural Forum, we have created an audiovisual communication system consisting of videos, podcasts, infographics, report designs, and social media communication pieces in three languages. This was developed for the global conference "Family Farming at the Center of Available Food Systems," held in late 2021.
